Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque los argumentos expuestos por el demandante en el escrito de subsanación continuaron sin observar la especificidad y suficiencia requerida para iniciar un juicio de validez de la disposición acusada.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el magistrado sustanciador no incurrió en arbitrariedad o yerro alguno y, por ello, decidió CONFIRMAR la providencia cuestionada.
